1513 - 2013. PACIFIC OCEAN DISCOVERY EXPEDITION. 500 YEARS
Solo Crossing from Florida to Panama aboard a 11ft vessel. Commemorating Vasco Nuñez de Balboa's Discovery of the Pacific Ocean in 1513. This year is the 5th Centennial of the -European- Discovery of the Pacific Ocean by Spanish Adventurer Vasco Nunez de Balboa. He became the first European to spot the Pacific Ocean from the Panama Istmus on the 25th of September of 1513:

This Expedition will help the END POLIO NOW Campaign.
